Los distintos relatos se destacan por sus atmósferas únicas: desde el sofocante calor del desierto árabe en “A propósito de Abdul Alhazred, 723”, hasta el gélido y vacío espacio en “A propósito de Yuggoth, 2044”. Aparicio no solo narra, sino que construye escenarios que cobran protagonismo. Y si bien los desenlaces rememoran la obra de Lovecraft, sorprenden y conmueven, sumergiendo al lector en reflexión.
