4/5 I've read this very fast to be me. I'm usually a slow reader but this story kept me going without realizing that time were passing. It's so action-packed that it feels like a movie (please, I need a movie adaptation of these) and I loved that. I liked every single character in this book. I hated the Mom in the first one but she developed a lot as a character and now I can understand her and care for her. I loved Doc's role, I want to see him more often in the next book. I suffered every time Paige was on the scene, poor little girl. And what will I say about Penryn and Raffe? They're made for each other. Although they can take care of themselves, they are a good team when they stay together. And I love their relationship, which is not like an insta-love or a teen love, it seems a healthy love. This book was exciting and adorable, I'm definetely reading the last one soon. |
