This review contains spoilers from the previous books in the series.

As usual, Percy is trying for a new school, but things get out of control. Some demonic cheerleaders try to kill him, so he must run away from a burning room while everyone thinks he did it again, but not before he runs into Rachel Elizabeth Dare, the mortal girl he met at the Hoover Dam, who can see through the Mist.

Back at Camp Half-Blood, Percy learns that Luke has been sending scouting groups into the Labyrinth. To find out what he's looking for, Percy, Annabeth, Grover and Tyson will go on a dangerous quest into the maze, with a new prophecy from the Oracle looming over them.
They will cross paths with Nico di Angelo, Hade's son, who ran away at the end of book 3, when Percy told him about Bianca's death.

I said this last time already, the series keeps getting better and better by the book, the plot is more complex and mature, we can see the characters growth, but the story is still funny, which I love about this series. The action never stops, the pace of the book is always fast.
Percy will learn more about his powers, he is stronger than he ever thought. He will also discover he has feelings for Annabeth, and there are some super cute scenes between them that made me smile and sigh a lot 💕

I'm currently reading The Last Olympian and I really don't want it to end! I'll probably finish reading it tomorrow and post a review next week. And I'll definitely buy The Heroes of Olympus next month 🙌
Have you read this series? Because I truly recommend it if you like middle grade books.
