Maybe 3.5 since it has some very good thoughts that every woman must remember everyday. I would call it more a collection of thoughts rather than poetry, but I'm not a poetry person and no expert in the matter. I tried to open up to it's flow, not judging from what I normally don't like and felt her sentiment in some of the poems.
