Somewhat predictable at some points, the false (and obvious) plot twist foreshadowed the real one. You saw it when it was on you, right at the end of the book. Very nice resolution of the main conflict about politics and how the dhampir were treated in general (the plot point that I disliked most at the beginning of the saga but was the focus of it).It doses action and dialogue in a quite balanced way, though the convenience of the spirit dreams and the bonds takes some back from being great. I guess it's the better of the saga or maybe one of them with the first two.
