«The Shooting Star» is a delightful addition to «The Adventures of Tintin» series and showcases Hergé's masterful storytelling and artistic skills. Originally published in 1942, this comic of 62 pages has endured the test of time and continues to entertain readers of all ages.

I can attest to the fact that this comic is a true gem. Although I read it as a child, it was just as enjoyable to revisit it as an adult. The characters, particularly Snowy and Tintin, are charming and witty, and their antics are sure to bring a smile to your face.

The story itself is both captivating and intriguing. The plot centers around a meteorite that is hurtling towards Earth, and the adventure that ensues is action-packed, filled with drama and humor. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the story held up after all these years.

While it is true that the comic lacks any female characters, this can be attributed to the time period in which it was created. Nonetheless, the story still manages to engage and entertain readers in a way that is timeless.

Overall, I highly recommend «The Shooting Star» to anyone who enjoys reading comics. It is a true classic that is sure to leave you laughing and thoroughly entertained. Hergé's artistic style and clever storytelling make this comic a must-read for fans of the genre.
