4/5 The perfect ending for this amazing series. Book 1 was ok, entertaining. Book 2 was great, action-packed. And book 3 was just epic and I love epicness. It started slowly, with a bunch of chapters that made me think it wasn't going to be what I was expecting. Penryn struggling with her feelings for Raffe and all about their relationship. However, it goes better from there. Fights, betrayals...action comes and keeps going until the very end. It's one of these stories that you can't help but keep reeding and if I ever stopped it was because I just needed to put my feelings down. In this book secondary characters like Beliel or Obi draw the attention and that was a very good point. I think this type of characters had so much potential in the story. It left me with the desire of knowing more about Paige, I feel she could show us an interesting point of view. And I want to point out the ending. It was epic and heartbreaking at the same time. I just want to congrat Susan Ee for writing that perfect ending. Like if she was part of the talent show she wrote, she deserves a standing ovation. Thanks Susan. |
