I've finally finished this. And now, what am I supposed to do with my life? I need help. I didn't expect that ending, Cassandra that was cruel, you didn't need to do it. How am I supposed to get over it? I need answers.

Okay so let's write something else than my wandering words.

Lady Midnight was incredible but Lord of Shadows is perfection. The characters we knew and the new ones are even more developed than in the first book. We dive into Dru or Diana's lifes, we get to know them better. Kit is a very interesting character. And Ty, oh my god Ty, he's my soul mate, I love him, he's my favourite character by far. I think the characters and the relationships between them are the key stone of the book. I could read a completely different story with a different plot but with the same characters and relationships between them and I'd love the book anyway. I can relate with all of them in one way or another, it's so beautiful the way Cassandra shapes each one of them.

I have not much to say about the plot itself, it's just great and heartbreaking. YES, HEARTBREAKING CASSANDRA. I laughed and cried several times while reading it. Feelings everywhere.

And one particular thing that I loved about this book is the diversity on it. Diverse characters and diverse topics. It includes several LGBTQ+ characters and from different races. That's amazing.

And last but not least, I loved how criticism is one of the main messages behind the plot, specially related with society issues and governments.

I need the third book right now, please.
